Upon the petition presented on 7 June 1909 by Said Yunus, the multazim of livestock sale taxes. The person named Hadji İshak Al Tenil (?) has a due debt of 40 piasters for the livestock sale tax; hence this sum must be collected from him and given to the petitioner; and if the said İshak raises any objection to this payment, he must be arrested in accordance with the 40. article of the Municipal Regulation until the payment of this money. For taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Gendarme Commandership. The 25th of Mâyîs, (1)325 (7th of June 1909).
