Upon the petition given by Abdüsselam Al Hüseynî Effendi, Muhammed Said Cavunî Effendi and Abdullah Abu Akir (?) Effendi regarding the expenditure of 700 French liras, which is the cost their land situated outside Bâb-al-halil and later annexed to the road
To the account of the budget of 1325 (1909 – 1910): 240 French liras
To the account of the budget of 1326 (1910 – 1911): 240 French liras
To the account of the budget of 1327 (1911 – 1912) : 220 French liras
= only 700 French liras
It has been considered appropriate that 700 liras, the cost of the said land, be included, as shown above, into the budgets of 1325 (1909-1910), 1326 (1910-1911) and 1327 (1911-1912) and be expended and paid by the municipality on three installments. Nonetheless, for negotiating the issue and explaining whether this is suitable or not, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council.
