Upon the petition presented on 8 November 1908 by Ömer Hakkı Effendi, the former official of the Jerusalem Gashouse
It is indeed the case that the petitioner served as an official at the gashouse until 13 August 1906. During the handover of the incomes of the gashouse to the Treasury as of 14 August 1906, Fehmi Naşaşibi was appointed in lieu of Ömer Hakkı Effendi. The way Ömer Hakkı Effendi was removed from his post is not within the knowledge of our council. The 8th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (21st of November 1908).
