Upon the petition dated 3 October 1908, presented by Tevfik Emin Effendi, the former Municipal Pharmacist of Saida
It has been stated in the Sanitary Inspector’s marginal note dated 14 October 1908 and numbered 56 that it would be appropriate to appoint the said pharmacist as the pharmacist of the Municipal Hospital. Hence, it has been considered appropriate and a decision taken that he be appointed to the said pharmacist post with a salary of 500 piasters as of 13 October 1908. The 2nd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324 (15th of October 1908).
