Upon the letter, dated 8 April 1910, sent by the commandership, regarding some reparations in the barrack
There is no item in the municipal budget as such a reparation does not pertain to the municipality. It has turned out that this would require an approximate cost of 4,000 piasters. Hence, if the said reparation is really necessary, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council to decide covering the said money through non-budgetary means. The 21st of Mârt (1)326 (3rd of April 1910).
