Müstahdem bulunan bekçiler belediye büdçesinde muharrer mikdara göre olduğundan zamimeten istihdâmı matlûb iki bekçi ile yine Seyyidena Davud Aleyhisselam kapısının dâhilinde Musevi kasaplar müceddeden ihdâs kılınan dükkânlar hıraseti için yine bir bekçi ta’yini müktezi bulunmuş olduğundan merkûm üç bekçinin şehri maaşları olan 285 guruş sağ akçenin hâric-i ez-büdçe sarfı taht-ı tadike alınması zımmında meclis-i idare-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında ferman. Fi 14 Şubat sene 321.
