Upon the letter, dated 21 December 1905 and dated 91, by the Jerusalem Mail and Telegraph Directorate, regarding the transfer of package, heavy army shoes and valuable items, and investigation and notification of the monthly transfer cost of mails adding up to 60 kilos
As stated in this letter, it has been understood through investigation that the transfer of package, heavy army shoes and valuable items can be undertaken at a rate of 7 one quarter French liras.
