Upon the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa’s letter dated 2 November 1908 and numbered 322 regarding the fact that the copy of this year’s budget for the Jaffa municipality, arranged to be in effect from 14 November 1908 to 13 March 1909, has been delivered
It has been understood that this letter and the attached copy of the balance register has been arranged in due form upon application. This register first needs to be examined by the Sanjak Administrative Council and if its content is suitable, it needs to be approved; it is appropriate to send it afterwards to the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa to take due action in respect thereof. The 11th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (24th of November 1908).
