Elbise-i mezkûre verilen numûneye tevfîken münâkasaya tarh edilerek lâzım gelenlere teşvikât-ı mükteziye icrâ olundukta matviyyen mütekaddim münâkasa pusulası mûcibince süvâri beher takımı sağ akçe olarak 90 ve piyade beher takımı 70 guruş bedelde El Hac Hasan Keyyâl El Şâmi ve El Hac Halil Mekki uhdelerinde takarrar etmiş olmağla ol babda fermân. Fi 22 Mart sene 323.
