Mezkûr karakolhânenin keşfi icrâ edierek ta’mir ve ıslâhı dâric-i bender hesâbıyla 494 guruş 30 para masârife muhtac olduğu belediye mühendisinin merbût keşifnâmesinden anlaşılmış mezkûr karakolhâne Bab-el-cedid güşâdı hakkında Dâhileye Nezâret-i celilesinin 15 numerolu ve fi 27 Mayıs sene 1305 tarihli vurûd eden tahrirât-ı âliyesinde emr buyrulduğu vechile mücâvir olan ashâb-ı emlâk tarafından inşâ kılınmış olup belediyeye aid olmadığından icâbına bakılmak üzere mezkkumandanlık vekâlet-i âliyesine emr ü havâlesi babında ferman. Fi 11 Teşrin-i sâni sene 324.
