After reviewing the application dated on the 9th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326, presented by Amîn Effendi Al 'Aqqâd and partners in Qwânîl street, about the paving of certain streets in Jerusalem, which they asked to be tiled with asphalt for free to become a model for other roads, the council has decided after deliberations to carry out the task on the expense of the above mentioned applicants. Discussions were carried out and a decision was taken on the 12th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (25th of October 1910).
