The above-written 28,070 piasters have been requested from the municipal councils of Ramla and subordinate kazas for later to be presented to the mental hospital in İstanbul and to the Ministry of Medicine. As regards the rapid delivery of the said money as stated above, it is appropriate to send a command to the said kaymakamlıks. The 3rd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)311 (15th of October 1895).
