As the said places are about to collapse, being in a shape that might pose threat, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal force in order to demolish them in accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, by means of a committee to be composed of the council member Tahir Effendi, engineer İbrahim Effendi, officials to be appointed from the municipal police, and neighborhood muhtars. The 7th of Kanûn 'Awwal (1)310 (19th of December 1894).
