The said slaughterhouse was opened to auction, with necessary incentives given, and it was decided to be sold at a rate of 21,000 piasters as respected current akçe. Approximately 500 liras were spent for these locales constructed by means of the money obtained from the sale of land. Moreover, since it has a beautiful location, it is highly likely that it would be sold at a higher price in the future. Thus it is not appropriate to sell it at the assigned price. Additionally, the use of this place as a slaughterhouse not only gives harm to nearby proprietors in all respects, but also pollutes the air. Although it was considered appropriate to establish a slaughterhouse in the place known as Ayn-ul vere (?), there is yet no cash in the Council’s Fund and there no is provision in the budget for this cost. Thus, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to declare through which item this construction cost shall be paid. The 14th of Mayîs (1)308 (26th of May 1892).
