Ignatiev; report; reconstruction of the Holy Sepulchre's Dome: the old drum is demolished; on the patio there is some unuseful ground that brings humidity (layer 1-2 m thick); clearance of the ground; 3 walled-up windows and 2 walled-up light apertures over Latins' rooms are discovered; Greek Patriarch wants to open these windows, but Russian consul persuades him to refuse in order to protect the status quo.
