The council has decided to lease the wood qûlâ? located next to the public fountain (al sabîl), outside Jaffa Gate for two and half months, starting from the 15th of Aylûl (1)326 until Tishrîn Thânî of the same year to Ibrahîm Khalîl al-Halabî for a sum of two French liras, which should be paid in advance to the municipality’s treasury. Since this rent is reasonable and in order to register the mentioned sum in the regular revenues, this decision was taken on the 28th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324 (10th of November 1908).
