Investigations reveal that Italian subject Beletiro (?) and Covani (?), two architects, are building a wall at Karîr Madrasah without any permit. Thus, it is necessary that these architects terminate the construction work until the time they get the requested permit to continue their work and appeal to the Ottoman Government as requested by the law. This matter should be related to French Consulate and the Italian Consulate should be informed about finding these two architects give-quarters of Mecidiye coins each. The 4th of Huzayrân (1)313 (16th of June 1897).
