Upon the İzmir Province’s telegram dated 21 February 1909. As stated in the 2. clause of the Council of State’s mandate dated 31 July 1884, the said entry tax is taken in the form of 3 piasters from grains transferred with camels, 1.5 piasters from those transferred with horses and mules, and 0.3 piasters from those transferred with donkeys. 1 piasters is taken from loads of vegetable, fruit and coal transferred with camels; 1.5 piasters from those transferred with horses and mules, and 1 piasters from those transferred with donkeys. It is appropriate to notify in reply that the directive is just about this. The 17th of Shubât (1)324 (2nd of March 1909).
