We announce that seventeen?? (qalam) of yearly food and fodder supplies for the imperial soldiers stationed in the sub-district of Jerusalem are proposed for public bid from the beginning of Kânûn Awwal (1)311. The bid was decided in accordance with the pricing upheld at the council. So whoever wants to offer higher bid, should contact the municipal council within three days starting at the date below. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 22th of Kanûn thânî (1)311 (3rd of February 1896).
