Announcement
We announce that the tax farming rights for leisure carriages are proposed for public bid. The bid was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of fifty five thousand piasters according to the current prices. This announcement is to be hung for eleven working days starting on the date below. Thus, whoever wants to offer higher bid should do so in accordance with the rules. In order for this to be known, these directions were announced on the 15th of Mârt (1)315 (27th of March 1899).
