Announcement
We announce that the recurrent lighting expenses of the Old City are proposed for Dutch auction. [Thus], the auction was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of nine and a half piasters for each lamp street to be paid in installments. Accordingly, it was concluded that [this auction] should be hung for three days starting at the date below. So, whoever wants to tender, should contact the municipal department to be able to tender in accordance with the rules. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 23rd of Mârt (1)315 (4th of April 1899).
