We announce that it has been stated in the report dated on the 9th of Shubât (1)321, number 103 presented by the education department in Jerusalem and which was referred to this department, that the repair of Al Rashadiyya in Jaffa is offered up for Dutch auction. The price has been set at 119,800 piasters. Those who wish to participate in the auction need to contact the education department in Jerusalem or the specialized commission in Jaffa. Accordingly, these procedures were announced on the 16th of Shubât (1)321 (29th of February 1906).
