Since the pharmacy located at Jaffa Gate, its medications, tools and rent until the month of Thu Al Hijja (1)326 has been offered up for public bid, and after conducting the necessary procedures and lack of interest, upon which the offer was suspended for 48 hours, the bid has been set at 382 French gold liras and it has been awarded to George Effendi al Mashhûr. He should provide a down payment of 60 French liras and pay the rest in installments according to the deed taken from him and kept in the council. Since this compensation is within the suitable range and the council will benefit from it, it was referred to his charge. Therefore, this decision was taken on the 2nd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)324 (15th of October 1908).
