Halilürrahman aleyh-üs-selâm ve Sahratullah-ı Şerîf vakf-ı şerîflerinden ashâb-ı mürettebâtın 1313 senesine mahsûben müstehakk oldukları mürettebâtın sarfı için hınta ve şa’irin fiyâtı yevmiyen beyânı fi 13 Teşrîn-i evvel sene 1313 tarihli Evkâf Muhâsebecisi’nden ba-takrîr taleb olunmuş olduğundan bugünkü tarihte hınta ve şa’irin beher şiniki balâda muharrer sağ akçe hesâbıyla fiyât ile füruht olunmakta olduğu led-et-tahkîk tebeyyün etdiğinden mûcibince muâmele olunmak üzre işbu karar yazılarak i’tâ kılındı. Fi 13 Teşrîn-i evvel sene 313.
