He owns a large room close to the Church of Tayibe, which as resident of Jerusalem, he wishes to sell. He has received numerous requests from buyers but because the room is located close to the Church he refuses to sell it to them. Instead, he proposes to sell it to the monastery for 5 liras less than the other buyers are offering to buy. The room can be utilised as a school.
