The waqf of St. Jacob (Ιάκωβος) in Jerusalem has half a house ready to collapse; several times they discussed with their fellow men to repair the house and bring enough income; but they all refuse to do this, apart from Elias Tahpour (Ηλίας Ταχπούρ). So, in order not to harm the waqf they decided to divide the share of the waqf through the government, and for that reason they submit their [petition] to His Beatitude.
