Even if ordered by His Beatitude to conduct a sixth degree marriage, he will not accept and he regrets for the violation of the law. Also, he requests His Beatitude, during his tenure, to investigate who conducted the marriages and punish him, to issue an order excommunicating the illegal marriages, threatening the priests who conducted the marriages with dismissal, ordering them not to give the Eucharist to the illegally married, and he will guarantee that the transgressions will stop and that no one will become Latin, because if they allow the 6th degree, then they will ask for the 5th and 4th degree to be allowed etc., otherwise, he will resign and will ask to be allowed to go to Saint Savvas, until he fulfills his duty towards the people.
