They accuse priest Saman (Σαμάν) 1) he falsely swears 2) he lends money at interest and after the pay off he keeps the debenture 3) illegally conducts marriages 4) sue unfairly 5) deny the rights of others, 6) curses the people inside the church 7) openly preaches by saying that whoever wants to marry a 4 or 5 degree relative should go to him, 8) he rerely conducts religious ceremonies 9) he took the holy items of the church in his house etc.; they don’t want him in the village.
