He gave to priest Hanna Harp (Χάννα Χάρπ) some olive trees as collateral, and in return he received some piasters. He recently returned the piasters, however, the priest wishes to retain ownership of the olive trees and be the sole proprietor. This is why the petitioner is requesting for his case to be examined.
