He comes from Tayibe but he was born in Jerusalem. In Tayibe he had inherited part of a land with olive trees, which he had dedicated to Saint George a long time ago. But because this deed is unknown to the government, he is requesting to be exempt from paying taxes. He is almost a local of Jerusalem and he isn't making any demands from Holy Community, he isn't asking for either a home or for money for the military tax. He is requesting that the mukhtar is ordered to transfer his name from the ledgers of Tayibe to the ledgers of Jerusalem.
