The petitioner is very young and without parents. He possedes some land close to the land of the church of Prohet Elias. Last yaer as well as this year the Fraternity sew barley. The uncles of the petitioner did not wish to destroy the crops for not to displease his Highness the patriarch. He sends the petitions so that his highness find a fair solution. The case was appointed to the Great Dragoman.
