Again he asks that his case of engagement with the daughter of Halepi (Χάλεπι) be fairly considered, because he wonders how the decision was taken without giving him a notice, while by order of His Beatitude, the rest of the money was sent by the priests to Jacop Halepi (Ιακούπ Χάλεπι) and refused to take it and how they made a decision without asking the young woman through a spiritual person, and this is because she is old; regarding the money he had previously given, this is a different case; he asks that the case of engagement be considered rightfully so that he will not be unfairly treated.
