Pamphlet by archimandrite Melety Metaxaki from Brotherhood of Holy Sepulchre about claims of Orthodox Arabs in Palestine; claims since 1873, now Armenians and Catholics join Arabs. In November 1908 Greek Patriarchate rejected those claims: recognition of National council according to Constitution, foundation of constant Mixed National council, authorization of monkhood for local habitants, new procedure for election of Patriarch, staying of bishops in their residences, united budget for Holy places and monasteries, prohibition to monks to interfere in secular affairs, equality for all religions; religious and social situation.
