It has been understood from the hereby delivered map that the said road is composed of 550 meters and that a part of it will be taken from the Muslim children cemetery. It is not allowable to open a road from cemeteries, so it is possible to open a road without taking any part of the said cemetery; however, in accordance with the 12. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, it is necessary to inform both parties with a document, and if they have anything to say, they must report it within fifteen days as of the announcement date. It is appropriate to notify in reply that, if it is understood that their objections are unacceptable according to law, the costs of trees and land must be declared. The 11th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)311 (23rd of October 1895).
