It has been understood from the above-written inspection that the said road has existed for a long time and that it was enclosed and added by Zaebu Carur (?) and Silib Hamur (?) to their own lands without any legitimate ground. Hence it is appropriate to notify the Directorate of the Kaza of Bethlehem through the rescript of the Mutasarrifate about the fact that the road should be restored in case of availability of the municipality’s engineer. The 13th of Mayîs (1)308 (25th of May 1892).
