In order to purchase timber for the military and civil administrative buildings which are being constructed in Kerek, 500 gold liras had been sent from the goods’ fund of the kaza of Salt. The cost of the timbers which had been purchased before were covered from this amount; afterwards, 825 piasters were spent from the municipal fund as deferred payment; and as can been seen in the herewith presented six certified bills, with the remaining amount, the requested timber was purchased and delivered. The accounting roll shows that there is a debt of 65.1 piasters to the fund of our municipal council. For the delivery of this sum, it would be appropriate to send a written note to the Maan Mutasarrafiate. The 6th of Kanûn 'Awwal (1)310 (18th of December 1894).
