The formal confirmation of the right of Russia to support the Orthodox church in the East is needed; practical realisation of the principle of religious tolerance; restauration of the capitulations; resolution of the Greek-Arab contradictions; liturgy in Slavonic for the Russian pilgrims in the Holy Sepulchre; recognition of the rights of the Palestine Society; confirmation of the properties of the Palestine Society and legalisation of all its properties, including the confiscated ones; permission to the Palestine Society to build new compounds and charity institutions; better organisation of the transport for Russian pilgrims; preservation of all privileges and advantages for Russian pilgrims; preservation of Russian control over the schools and their programms.
