Since the military bury their dead in the cemetery that is well known in al Yûsifiyya, and since this is forbidden, it has been decided to appoint Ahmad Sharîfa from Mahallat Bâb Hitta, to be a supervisor on this cemetery. Specific graves should be allocated to those members of the military who die at the bottom of al Yûsifiyya cemetery until the al-Marsûs well which has not been used for a long time. All graves in this cemetery and those in Bâb al Sâhira should be supervised. A monthly salary of 300 piasters will dispensed to the appointed person starting today. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 20th of Mârt (1)333 (20th of March 1917).
