According to the report presented by the respectable Fûtî Effendi, dated on the 17th of Agustos, (1)314, it is clear that 27 medicines need to be imported from Paris, in addition to some machines for the hospital. In order to request these medications from the president of the council, this decision was taken on the 17th of Agustos (1)314 (29th of August 1898).
