In order to be able to start the inventory of the military transportation vehicles, it is necessary that the village muhtars send here a bill showing the amount of camels, horses and mules located in the villages of the kaza of Jerusalem. For the purpose of warning the muhtars about this matter and to send the necessary horsemen to the villages, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force.
