The Anglo-Palestine Bank has been contacted to borrow a sum of 200 liras, in addition to the 1,200 French liras, which were borrowed earlier, and the bank has refused. We need to borrow the sum to complete the construction the seven shops which are being built, apart from the shops mentioned in the contract between the council and the bank. Since the bank has rejected the loan, the council has decided to pay a sum of 200 liras from the municipal treasury from the rent of the seven shops and from its current revenues. Therefore, this decision has been taken on the 16th of Shubât (1)321 (29th of February 1906).

As announced by the post administration in Nablus, those who wish to enter the bid should contact the municipality in Jerusalem within two days of the stated date. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 18th of Shubât (1)321 (3rd of March 1906).
