As it has not been known that there is a mosque in the said location, our council members, Mehmed Abdülvahab Effendi and Musa Yunus Effendi, and the municipal engineer have been selected to realize an inspection of the said place in the presence of the Jerusalem Reserve Army Colonel Raşid Bey Effendi and a member from the Waqfs’ Commission for the purpose of taking due action later in respect thereof. Within the Colonel Raşid Bey Effendi’s knowledge, it is appropriate to report the matter to the Jerusalem Area Commandership via a letter and to relegate it to the Waqfs’ Commission. The 2nd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)311 (14th of October 1895).
