As for the payment of the allocated expenditures for water to be extracted from outside the city, those persons, of whom the names are written in the hereby presented bill, are alleging excuses. Hence, as regards collecting the money requested from them, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force. The 18th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (30th of November 1898).
