It has been agreed upon that the allowance of cleaning and lighting within the city walls be arranged to the account of 1917 and recorded on a register, and that, with an eye to later receive an approval by the council, this register be drawn up by the council members Hacı Ali Effendi, Arif Effendi and Emin Effendi. As regards collecting the said money, it has been decided that the collector Yusuf Kal’ai Effendi be appointed and a fifteen percent remuneration be given to him as was the case before. The 5th of Mâyîs (1)333 (5th of May 1917).
