The marginal note for the Postal Directorate’s letter dated 12 January 1910 and numbered 51, regarding the provision of a kerosene lamp to the post office
There are only 3 kerosene lamps at the municipality’s disposal and these have not been put into use as lighting them requires a great deal of expenditure. Necessary attempts have been taken to ensure that they be lighted with less expenditure; however, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council for holding a negotiation and explaining whether one lamp more can be given for free to the Postal Administration. The 2nd of Kanûn Thânî (1)325 (15th of January 1910).
