Given the arrival of the reserve soldiers’ families, it has been decided [by the council] to lower the prices of sheep to help the above-mentioned families. [Thus,] the price of big sheep has been fixed at forty para and that of big or small goat and small sheep at twenty para to be paid in installments starting from the month of Shubât (1)311. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 6th of Shubât (1)311 (18th of February 1896).
