We announce that according to the memorandum dated on the 18th of Kânûn Thânî (1)326, number 439, which was presented by the district administrative council to the municipality’s presidency, that the land located in Silwân village, and which belongs to the inheritors of ‘Abdul-Wadûd Effendi, Shaykh ‘Abdul-Ghanî Effendi al-Imâm, will be confiscated. And Hâj Salih al-Ghûl and his brothers will be confiscated. This land is next to Hamâda and partners land from the south, a road from the east, the land of Hâj Sâlih and partners from the north and a land from the west. The land will be confiscated according to articles six and seven of the expropriation law. After forming the needed departments and through inspections, each arms length of the land has been set at 2.5 Franks. According to article eight of the same law the decision has been announced and hung up for eight days starting from the date that follows, to give owners of this land the chance to object to the municipal department. In order for this to be known, these direction were published on the 14th of Shubât (1)326 (27th of February 1911).
