Sâhib-i istidâ fi’l-hakika fukaradan olup tehvin-i ihtiyâcı için maaş ta’yini müktezî ise de meclis-i acizânemiz sandığından bir şey ta’yini hal-i hazırda müteassir (güç, zor) bulunmuş olmasıyla merkûmenin zevci Zabıta’dan hurûcundan (çıkma) sonra mal sandığından kendisine şehri bir beyaz mecidi takaad maaşı ta’yin kılındığı merkûmeden anlaşılmış olduğundan maaş-ı mezkûr zevcesine ta’yini cihetine bakılmak üzere Zabıta’ya ve meclis-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında.
