Leaving aside for now the matter of taking necessary action in respect thereof, cattle owner Edhem Yunus Effendi and the shepherd Salih bin Abdurrahman Al Abbâsi from the village of Silvan have to be brought to our council. Hence, with regard to summoning the said persons and the return of this petition to our council, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 2nd of Huzayrân (1)314 (14th of June 1898).
