The cutting down of the said olive tree will cause a loss for the folk and lead to a decrease in state revenues. Hence, since the document previously sent in respect thereof was relegated to the Sanjak Administrative Council for negotiation, it is appropriate too to relegate it to the said authority. The 30th of Mayîs (1)314 (11th of June 1898).
